Enter your scheduled flight arrival date and time in London local time, not an estimated meeting time. Add your flight number so we can monitor changes. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from actual landing, with parking during that period included in your quoted fare. We monitor your flight and adjust collection if it lands late, with no extra charge solely for a flight delay. Hotel, home and station pickups include 10 minutes from the booked pickup time. Contact us promptly if immigration or baggage collection takes longer. Extra waiting is arranged in 15-minute blocks: the team will quote the waiting charge and any additional parking separately and obtain your agreement before extending the wait. No extra charge is automatic.
Book the cruise terminal, not just Southampton
Use the exact cruise terminal address supplied by your cruise line. A city-centre hotel, a railway station and a cruise terminal are different destinations. Include the ship name and sailing date when confirming your plan.
Recheck the terminal before travel and tell London Arrival if the cruise line changes it. Keep your cruise documents accessible so you can confirm the intended drop-off rather than relying on a general port location.
Allow time before embarkation closes
Work back from the cruise line’s check-in deadline, not only the ship’s departure time. Include time to leave the aircraft, complete arrivals formalities, collect bags, meet the driver and travel by road. Traffic and flight delays can affect the whole itinerary.
Discuss the timing before paying if your flight arrives on the day of sailing. Do not treat the transfer as a guarantee of reaching the ship. If you have booked a pre-cruise hotel, use that hotel as the destination and arrange the onward terminal journey separately where needed.
Cruise luggage and extra stops
Count all large suitcases as well as hand luggage and equipment when checking vehicle suitability. Tell London Arrival about mobility aids, bulky items or seating requirements before payment. An executive car is not necessarily the right choice for extra luggage.
Include any hotel or other stop in the route before reviewing the fare. Confirm an extended stop in advance rather than assuming the driver can wait while you visit or check in.
Southampton to Heathrow after the cruise
Choose a pickup time based on when you expect to be ready outside the terminal with your luggage, rather than the ship’s scheduled arrival. Check disembarkation arrangements with your cruise line and confirm the meeting point.
Use the correct Heathrow departure terminal and allow for the road journey and airline check-in requirements. Book online at least 24 hours ahead using London local time; contact London Arrival if your plans change or you need an earlier booking.

Heathrow pickup areas: Terminal 4 is different
Heathrow does not permit passenger collection on the terminal forecourts. Terminals 2, 3 and 5 have near-terminal Terminal Parking options; the driver will confirm the collection plan for your booking.
Terminal 4’s multi-storey car park closed on 23 June 2026 for redevelopment. Heathrow lists Priority Pick-Up and Park & Ride Zone A as alternatives. Follow the arrangements sent for your journey rather than assuming Terminal 4 uses the same car park as the other terminals.
