London City Airport directs vehicles collecting passengers to its designated Pick-Up area close to the terminal. Follow the pickup arrangement sent for your booking before walking to the vehicle.
For a Canary Wharf hotel or office, give the complete building address and vehicle entrance instructions. A DLR station destination and a reception entrance are different drop-offs.
