Select the matching airport, hotel, home, station or business address from the suggestions. Check the town, postcode and building name rather than relying on a short place name alone.

Some hotels, stations and apartment developments have similar names or several entrances. Use the address you actually need and add a useful entrance detail in the notes.

Hotels and apartments

Use the hotel’s full street address and mention a reception entrance, loading area or gated access instruction when relevant. If you are staying in an apartment, include the building name and the entrance guests should use.

If a hotel has more than one London location, check the postcode carefully before moving to the next booking step.

Stations, airports and onward travel

For a station connection, select the station you need rather than a nearby neighbourhood. For an airport journey, include the airport name and flight number where available, then check the timing against your airline’s instructions.
