We monitor your flight and adjust collection if it lands late, with no extra charge solely for a flight delay. Hotel, home and station pickups include 10 minutes from the booked pickup time. Contact us promptly if immigration or baggage collection takes longer. Extra waiting is arranged in 15-minute blocks: the team will quote the waiting charge and any additional parking separately and obtain your agreement before extending the wait. No extra charge is automatic.
If the flight schedule changes, the flight information can be used to adjust the pickup plan. For journeys needed within 24 hours, contact us on WhatsApp first so driver availability can be checked.

Luton vehicle collection and access needs
Luton’s Drop Off and Pick Up Zone is separate from the terminal car parks. Vehicles must not be left unattended in that zone, so a terminal meet-and-greet needs a confirmed parking and collection arrangement.
For passengers with a Blue Badge or booked airport assistance, Luton recommends Terminal Car Park 1 for easier access. Tell London Arrival about mobility or assistance needs before paying so the appropriate vehicle and pickup plan can be checked.

Luton Airport is separate from Airport Parkway
Select London Luton Airport's terminal for your flight arrival. Luton Airport Parkway is the railway station, not the terminal. Confirm which one you need when arranging a non-flight pickup.
The Luton DART links the terminal and Airport Parkway for rail journeys. A pre-booked private-car pickup follows the terminal meeting instructions sent by our team; it does not require a rail connection.
Private car or public transport from Luton?
Rail travel combines the Luton DART with a train from Luton Airport Parkway. London options include St Pancras and stations on the Thameslink route. Check that your ticket includes the DART and allow for onward travel from the London station to your destination.
A typical road journey to Central London is approximately 55–85 minutes, excluding time to leave the aircraft and collect bags. This is a planning estimate and can be longer in traffic.
