Airport meet and greet: your London arrival, step by step

Before you travel

Enter the flight number and select your arrival airport and terminal. Use the details on your flight booking and check your London destination carefully, including the hotel name and postcode. A hotel brand can have several London properties.

Keep your booking confirmation somewhere you can access after landing. Check that the contact details you supplied will work during your trip, and save the London Arrival contact number in case you need help with the meeting arrangements.

From landing to meeting your driver

Enter your scheduled flight arrival date and time in London local time, not an estimated meeting time. Add your flight number so we can monitor changes. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from actual landing, with parking during that period included in your quoted fare. We monitor your flight and adjust collection if it lands late, with no extra charge solely for a flight delay. Hotel, home and station pickups include 10 minutes from the booked pickup time. Contact us promptly if immigration or baggage collection takes longer. Extra waiting is arranged in 15-minute blocks: the team will quote the waiting charge and any additional parking separately and obtain your agreement before extending the wait. No extra charge is automatic.

Airport pickups are normally arranged inside arrivals with a name board. Follow the instructions for your booking rather than heading to an arbitrary car park or taxi rank. If you cannot find the meeting point, contact London Arrival and describe where you are.

If your flight or plans change

Providing your flight number allows the arrival to be monitored and the pickup plan adjusted when the schedule changes. If your airline moves you to a different flight, airport or date, tell London Arrival directly so the details can be checked.

Ask about waiting arrangements before paying if you expect an extended arrival process. Flight monitoring does not replace communicating a changed flight number, a different terminal or a revised destination.

Continue to your London address

The transfer is private for your party and the route you booked. Check that all bags are with you before leaving arrivals, and use the hotel entrance or address recorded in the booking.

For a later journey back to the airport, plan from your airline’s recommended airport arrival time and allow for the drive and traffic. Book online at least 24 hours before pickup.
