Count everyone and every bag
Include all members of your party when entering passenger numbers. List large suitcases separately from smaller bags, and tell London Arrival about pushchairs, travel cots or other bulky items before paying.
Do not assume that an item will fit because it folds. If you are bringing a large pushchair, sports equipment or several unusual bags, send the dimensions or a clear description so suitability can be checked.
Choose the vehicle for the whole journey
The booking form lets you choose a saloon, executive car or MPV after you enter the passenger and luggage counts. Review the vehicle against your complete luggage list. An executive option is not automatically the best choice for a party with more luggage.
For a group arriving on different flights, contact London Arrival before booking a shared pickup. The passengers may reach arrivals at different times, and the meeting plan needs to account for that.
Confirm seating and access requirements
If you need a child seat or have a particular seating requirement, contact London Arrival before paying. Give the relevant child age and seating details and ask what can be accommodated for the journey. Do not assume equipment is included or available without confirmation.
For a mobility aid or assistance request, explain the equipment and help needed in advance. Confirm vehicle suitability and the pickup arrangements before making a booking.
Make pickup details easy to follow
Use the full hotel, home or airport terminal address and include any entrance instructions. Keep the confirmation accessible and check the agreed meeting point before leaving arrivals.
For the return trip, allow time to gather your party and bags before pickup as well as time for the drive and your airline’s check-in requirements. Enter London local time and book online at least 24 hours ahead; ask on WhatsApp about shorter-notice journeys.
