Your airport quote includes 60 minutes of waiting and parking from actual landing. If you need longer, contact the team; extra waiting and parking are quoted and agreed first.
If your flight is delayed
We monitor your flight and adjust collection for a late landing. There is no extra charge solely for a flight delay.

Stansted pickup and parking options
Stansted’s current pickup page lists the Green and Blue Short Stay car parks for drivers parking to meet passengers in the terminal. Express Set Down is for dropping off, so do not head there for an arrivals pickup. Use the collection arrangement confirmed for your booking.
Check the airport’s current pickup page for access rules and charges. Parking labels and arrangements can change; the booked meeting point and vehicle collection plan should be confirmed together.
