We monitor your flight and adjust collection if it lands late, with no extra charge solely for a flight delay. Hotel, home and station pickups include 10 minutes from the booked pickup time. Contact us promptly if immigration or baggage collection takes longer. Extra waiting is arranged in 15-minute blocks: the team will quote the waiting charge and any additional parking separately and obtain your agreement before extending the wait. No extra charge is automatic.

A King's Cross hotel, a Marylebone apartment and a West End theatre require different routes. Select the full destination and postcode rather than a general Central London label.

For a station connection, identify the station and agreed meeting point. Do not substitute a nearby hotel address unless the hotel is genuinely a stop.

Luton vehicle collection and access needs

Luton’s Drop Off and Pick Up Zone is separate from the terminal car parks. Vehicles must not be left unattended in that zone, so a terminal meet-and-greet needs a confirmed parking and collection arrangement.

For passengers with a Blue Badge or booked airport assistance, Luton recommends Terminal Car Park 1 for easier access. Tell London Arrival about mobility or assistance needs before paying so the appropriate vehicle and pickup plan can be checked.
