Enter your scheduled flight arrival date and time in London local time, not an estimated meeting time. Add your flight number so we can monitor changes. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from actual landing, with parking during that period included in your quoted fare. We monitor your flight and adjust collection if it lands late, with no extra charge solely for a flight delay. Hotel, home and station pickups include 10 minutes from the booked pickup time. Contact us promptly if immigration or baggage collection takes longer. Extra waiting is arranged in 15-minute blocks: the team will quote the waiting charge and any additional parking separately and obtain your agreement before extending the wait. No extra charge is automatic.
Name the Canary Wharf building
Canary Wharf covers towers, hotels and residential developments on both sides of the docks. Use the building name, street and postcode, and add reception or entrance instructions when useful.
For Hilton London Canary Wharf, choose the South Quay, Marsh Wall address rather than a general Canary Wharf result.
Arrange the Gatwick arrival
Enter the arriving terminal and flight number. Follow the meeting point confirmed by the team and contact the team if your airline changes the flight or terminal.
Allow enough time after landing to complete arrivals procedures and collect baggage. A business meeting should include a buffer for both the airport process and the road journey.

Review the full route fare in the booking form before payment. Extra stops, the selected vehicle and the exact destination are part of that calculation.
Include every suitcase and passenger. If you are carrying exhibition materials, mobility equipment or unusually large items, confirm suitability before booking.

Gatwick arrivals meeting and vehicle collection
Gatwick distinguishes meeting someone inside arrivals from express collection. Its Short Stay car parks allow drivers to park and walk into arrivals; express bays require the driver to stay with the vehicle.
