Enter your scheduled flight arrival date and time in London local time, not an estimated meeting time. Add your flight number so we can monitor changes. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from actual landing, with parking during that period included in your quoted fare. We monitor your flight and adjust collection if it lands late, with no extra charge solely for a flight delay. Hotel, home and station pickups include 10 minutes from the booked pickup time. Contact us promptly if immigration or baggage collection takes longer. Extra waiting is arranged in 15-minute blocks: the team will quote the waiting charge and any additional parking separately and obtain your agreement before extending the wait. No extra charge is automatic.
North or South Terminal pickup
Select the terminal shown on your flight details and provide the flight number. Keep the agreed arrivals meeting instructions available after landing and tell London Arrival if the terminal changes.
Allow time for disembarkation, arrivals formalities and luggage collection. The scheduled landing time should not be treated as the moment the road journey starts.
Book the actual Brighton address
A seafront hotel, Brighton Station, the Marina and a university campus are different destinations. Enter the full property or building address so the route and stopping point can be planned correctly.
If you need a hotel stop before another Brighton destination, add both in travel order before reviewing the fare.

The booking form prices the selected Gatwick terminal, Brighton address, vehicle and stops. Count all passengers and bags before choosing between a saloon, executive car or MPV.
For Brighton to Gatwick, select the correct departure terminal and choose a pickup time that allows for traffic, check-in and security.

Gatwick arrivals meeting and vehicle collection
Gatwick distinguishes meeting someone inside arrivals from express collection. Its Short Stay car parks allow drivers to park and walk into arrivals; express bays require the driver to stay with the vehicle.
