Enter your scheduled flight arrival date and time in London local time, not an estimated meeting time. Add your flight number so we can monitor changes. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from actual landing, with parking during that period included in your quoted fare. We monitor your flight and adjust collection if it lands late, with no extra charge solely for a flight delay. Hotel, home and station pickups include 10 minutes from the booked pickup time. Contact us promptly if immigration or baggage collection takes longer. Extra waiting is arranged in 15-minute blocks: the team will quote the waiting charge and any additional parking separately and obtain your agreement before extending the wait. No extra charge is automatic.
Westminster and Westminster Bridge are different destinations
Use your exact hotel address rather than simply entering Westminster. A hotel with Westminster Bridge in its name may be on the other side of the river from Westminster Abbey or Parliament. That distinction matters when planning the drop-off and your journey back.
Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge and London Marriott Hotel County Hall are separate hotels. Check the full name against your accommodation confirmation. For an attraction visit, select the attraction itself and agree a suitable nearby stopping point rather than using a hotel as a substitute address.
North or South Terminal pickup
Enter your Gatwick arrival terminal and flight number when booking. Keep the confirmation and agreed meeting instructions available after landing. Tell London Arrival if your airline changes your flight number, terminal or travel date.
Allow for disembarkation, arrivals formalities and luggage collection before starting the road journey. Road conditions and the final Westminster address affect travel time. A hotel arrival time or attraction ticket time should include a buffer for both parts of the journey.
Hotel arrival before sightseeing
If you want to leave luggage at your hotel before visiting Westminster Abbey or another landmark, ask the hotel about storage and add the hotel and onward address in travel order. Discuss extended stops before payment; attraction tickets are separate from the transfer.
Include all large bags in your vehicle selection. If you need assistance or have oversized items, confirm those requirements with London Arrival before booking.
Westminster to Gatwick
Choose the North or South departure terminal shown on your airline booking. Arrange collection from the correct hotel entrance and leave time for the drive, traffic and check-in. Online bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice; enter London local time and ask on WhatsApp about earlier journeys.

Gatwick arrivals meeting and vehicle collection
Gatwick distinguishes meeting someone inside arrivals from express collection. Its Short Stay car parks allow drivers to park and walk into arrivals; express bays require the driver to stay with the vehicle.

Your meeting point is supplied with your booking. Airport-published parking tariffs do not tell you what is included in your transfer quote. Confirm any waiting or parking charge with us before agreeing to it.
