Plan your airport pickup
Enter your scheduled flight arrival date and time in London local time, not an estimated meeting time. Add your flight number so we can monitor changes. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from actual landing, with parking during that period included in your quoted fare. We monitor your flight and adjust collection if it lands late, with no extra charge solely for a flight delay. Hotel, home and station pickups include 10 minutes from the booked pickup time. Contact us promptly if immigration or baggage collection takes longer. Extra waiting is arranged in 15-minute blocks: the team will quote the waiting charge and any additional parking separately and obtain your agreement before extending the wait. No extra charge is automatic.
Choose the right Kensington destination
A hotel described as being in Kensington may be near High Street Kensington, South Kensington or Gloucester Road. Use the full property name and postcode rather than a neighbourhood label. For an apartment, include the building entrance and a contact who can help if access is unclear.
If your accommodation is advertised under a hotel brand with several London properties, compare the address in the booking form with your accommodation confirmation before paying. Keep a station destination separate from a hotel destination even when both use the Kensington name.
Three questions for your Kensington hotel
Which street entrance should the driver use, and is it the same entrance shown on the hotel’s postal address? Add the answer to your pickup or drop-off instructions, particularly if reception is on a different street.
Can reception store bags before check-in or after checkout, and is there a step-free route from the vehicle entrance? Confirm these directly with the hotel; a transfer booking does not reserve early check-in, bag storage or airport assistance.
For your return airport journey, who will help your party collect bags and reach the agreed vehicle entrance? Choose a pickup time that includes those preparations as well as the drive and airline check-in allowance.
Family arrivals and hotel check-in
Count every passenger and large suitcase when planning your car. If you are travelling with a pushchair, travel cot or child-seat request, contact London Arrival with the details before payment so suitability can be confirmed.
An early flight arrival does not mean your room will be ready. Ask your hotel directly about early check-in or bag storage. If you want a stop before reaching the hotel, include it in the route and discuss any extended stop in advance.
Meeting at Heathrow
Select Terminal 2, 3, 4 or 5 as shown on your flight information and provide the flight number. Follow the meeting instructions in your confirmation rather than going to a taxi rank. Contact London Arrival if you cannot find the agreed point.
The drive depends on the terminal, the Kensington address and traffic. Leave room in your plans for the arrival process as well as the road journey, particularly if you have a timed booking after landing.
Kensington to Heathrow
For your return, enter the hotel or home as the pickup and your flight’s departure terminal as the destination. Allow for checkout, gathering bags, the drive and the airline’s recommended airport arrival time. Book at least 24 hours ahead in London local time; ask on WhatsApp about shorter notice.
Questions about heathrow to kensington transfers
How much is a Heathrow to Kensington transfer?
Enter your Heathrow terminal, exact Kensington hotel or home address, passengers and luggage to see the fare before payment. A general Central London starting fare is not a quote for every Kensington address or vehicle.
Can I book a car for my family and luggage?
Include every passenger and large suitcase in the booking form. Contact London Arrival before payment about pushchairs, oversized bags or child-seat requests so vehicle suitability can be checked.
Where will my driver drop me at a Kensington hotel?
Use the full hotel name and postcode, then add the vehicle entrance instructions from your hotel. Confirm luggage storage and early check-in with the hotel separately.

Heathrow pickup areas: Terminal 4 is different
Heathrow does not permit passenger collection on the terminal forecourts. Terminals 2, 3 and 5 have near-terminal Terminal Parking options; the driver will confirm the collection plan for your booking.
Terminal 4’s multi-storey car park closed on 23 June 2026 for redevelopment. Heathrow lists Priority Pick-Up and Park & Ride Zone A as alternatives. Follow the arrangements sent for your journey rather than assuming Terminal 4 uses the same car park as the other terminals.
