Enter your scheduled flight arrival date and time in London local time, not an estimated meeting time. Add your flight number so we can monitor changes. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from actual landing, with parking during that period included in your quoted fare. We monitor your flight and adjust collection if it lands late, with no extra charge solely for a flight delay. Hotel, home and station pickups include 10 minutes from the booked pickup time. Contact us promptly if immigration or baggage collection takes longer. Extra waiting is arranged in 15-minute blocks: the team will quote the waiting charge and any additional parking separately and obtain your agreement before extending the wait. No extra charge is automatic.
A building address, not just Canary Wharf
Canary Wharf covers different hotel, residential and office destinations. An office reception and a nearby hotel entrance are not interchangeable pickup points. Include the building name, street and postcode, plus any entrance instructions from your host.
If you are staying at Hilton London Canary Wharf, select the South Quay, Marsh Wall hotel address. If your first stop is an office instead, enter that address and add the hotel as a separate stop only if you need it in the same journey.
Plan your Heathrow arrival around the whole trip
Heathrow is west of London and Canary Wharf is in east London. Do not use a generic Central London journey estimate as a promise for this route. Terminal choice, road conditions and the exact destination affect the drive; ask about timing for your date if you have an appointment.
Allow time after landing for arrivals formalities and baggage collection before the road journey. Add your flight number and keep the agreed terminal meeting point accessible. A scheduled landing time is not the time you will reach an office meeting.
Canary Wharf to Heathrow for the return flight
Choose the correct Heathrow departure terminal and arrange collection from a specific building entrance. If your hotel and office are different, double-check which one appears as the pickup. Have your bags ready before the agreed time.
Work back from your airline’s recommended airport arrival time, allowing for the drive and traffic. Book online at least 24 hours ahead, using London local time. Contact us on WhatsApp to check availability for an earlier pickup.
Your fare and vehicle
Enter all passengers, large bags and extra stops before reviewing the fare. An executive vehicle is not automatically a larger luggage option; confirm bulky items or special requirements before paying. The quoted fare applies to the journey details entered.

Heathrow pickup areas: Terminal 4 is different
Heathrow does not permit passenger collection on the terminal forecourts. Terminals 2, 3 and 5 have near-terminal Terminal Parking options; the driver will confirm the collection plan for your booking.
Terminal 4’s multi-storey car park closed on 23 June 2026 for redevelopment. Heathrow lists Priority Pick-Up and Park & Ride Zone A as alternatives. Follow the arrangements sent for your journey rather than assuming Terminal 4 uses the same car park as the other terminals.
